ABOUT ME
I’m Hannah; an interior designer with a passion for colour, texture and reinvention. With decades of design experience, I create practical, beautiful spaces which enhance my clients’ experience of living. In other words; inspiring interiors that work in the real world.
After graduating from The Glasgow School of Art with a degree in Textile Design, I spent time travelling through India, soaking up the vibrant use of colour and honing my craft, before returning to the UK in 2006 to complete a Diploma in Interior Design and launch my business.
Now based in the buzzing creative hub of Bristol (where I live with my partner, Dan, and our two girls), I provide a professional, personalised interiors service; with each project a collaborative partnership between myself and my client.
Having renovated three of my own homes (now on the fourth!) has given me first-hand experience of what it feels like to part with your hard-earned cash and take a leap into the unknown. However big or small the budget, understanding my clients’ needs, appreciating their tastes and earning their trust is at the heart of everything I do.

I strive to ease the challenges of interior design and furnishing. My services include a range of impactful, budget-friendly options, as well as customised projects that result in beautifully designed spaces. By thoughtfully combining colour, craftsmanship, and texture, I create visually stunning environments that emphasise sustainability and timelessness.
My work features a seamless blend of traditional and contemporary styles. Drawing on my extensive network of local artisans and traders (having previously worked for Lou Lous Vintage Fairs), I discover unique vintage and antique pieces, which I restore, reinvent, or upcycle into distinctive creations. These one-of-a-kind items not only breathe life into your space but also change your perspective on it. I take great pleasure in uncovering beauty in overlooked places while promoting environmental sustainability by minimizing waste.

In addition to interior design, I offer courses and workshops at The Bristol Folk House, specialising in Interior Design and Lampshade-making.
